Our Story
Ancestral craftsmanship at the gates of the Agafay desert, facing the Atlas

Our Origins
In Gmassa, at the edge of the Agafay desert, our olive groves stretch out before the majestic panorama of the Atlas Mountains. This arid, sun-drenched land, swept by warm southern winds, provides ideal conditions for the Moroccan Picholine — an olive that develops aromas of rare intensity here.
Harrando & Co was born from a conviction: that this exceptional terroir deserved to be shared with the world, not as a commodity, but as a story — of land, of people, and of uncompromising quality.
The Atlas Chems Cooperative
At the heart of our project is the Atlas Chems cooperative — a collective of farmers from the Gmassa region who have tended these groves for generations. By working directly with the cooperative, we ensure fair prices for producers, full traceability from grove to bottle, and the preservation of traditional harvesting methods.
Every bottle of Harrando & Co carries their expertise and dedication. Our organic certification (CCPB) reflects a shared commitment to sustainable agriculture that respects both the land and the people who work it.
